The product can not be dissolved in water,
abio-acid and alkali, it can be dissolved in various kinds
of solvent such as benzene, toluene, acetone,2-Butanone etc.
Proportion is 1:14. In the condition of normal temperature
and dry situation, it has good stability and could be kept
up to four years (Away from light and heat).

It has been testified by the practical production
of rubber tyre through many years that the product has the
characteristics as following:

1、 The product has been testified
possessing the good characteristic of ozoneproof by the US Smith
Science Laboratory and physics and chemistry testing center
of Shenyang Rubber Research&Design Institute, it has obvious
cooperate effect used with agingproof material of 4010Na and
4020.
In the aspect of ozoneproof and chap, the result of the product
is better than other agingproof material cooperating with 4010Na
and 4020, and dosage of 4010Na,4020 could be reduced. |
| 2、The product has no pollution, turning colors
and applied in pastern of tyres for improving color of appearance.

| 3、The product has the characteristic
of stretchproo, transfer supercilious, non frost spray. |
| 4、Using the product to improve endurance
characteristic of pastern, and to decrease or not use burningproof
material. |
| 5、The product has non poison, non-volatilization,
it would not be harmful to environment and human. |
The product has been testified
for toxicity by TUV Rheinland(shanghai) Co.,Ltd. it achieved
the requirement of No.6 amend of commodity law constituted on
March 1999, it may be used in production of commodity, and it
was also testified acute toxicity and skin irritability by Commonality
Sanitation Institute in China Medical University, its result
LD 50 is less than 5000mg/kg, it was determined as no toxicity,
new type environmental protection product and applicable to
production of environmental protection rubber tyres and relative
products.
Agingproof material series product is composed of agingproof
material DH and rubber additive. According to the content of
agingproof material in product, we name the products as agingproof
material DH-1、DH-2、DHL etc. |
